Cyclops Omelet recipe: A fried egg enveloped in an omelet

Ingredients 
4 eggs and Olive Oil
Beat 3 eggs and pour into omelet pan over medium heat coated with Olive Oil. A minute after, crack a single egg onto one side, then allow to cook for another minute, then fold omelet over. Be careful not to rupture the egg and cook until desired. 
You get your omelet and fried egg fix all in one.
